Annunciator light source

2000+ PA32RT-301s have rectangular annunciator lights; the lights do wear out, and our LG lights (Piper 85315-003) are no longer serviceable.

As the same lights are also used for the other annunciators at the top of the panel; don't suppose anyone has found a source for the lights themselves (9mm x 25mm x 22.5 mm with two peanut bulbs in the back)?
