Can a small access panel be added to the wing above the strut fill port? The strut cap can not be removed with out taking the entire landing gear out of the plane. If the hole above the filler was slightly larger, the strut cap could easily be removed and replaced without the entire gear being removed. The plate would only have to be an inch or so bigger then the plug that is already in the wing.
