Just thought I'd throw it out here. I currently have two planes, and need to get down to one. I've had this for 4.5 years. The previous owner is in N WI and he had it for over 10.
The TT is 3172 or so, Enigine time is about 770 since the 160 HP upgrade. It has lots of improvements over the recent years, newer paint, exhaust, windshields, ignition harness, Steve's Gascolator, Bogert Copper cables, Dec 2015 Concorde battery, RMD wingtip lights, 2 LED, strobe lights, vortex generators. It has a second attitude gyro, Castleberry electric. The tires are all newer.
For avionics there is a newer Garmin SL-30 Nav-Com, MidContinent CDI with G/S, Garmin 696 center panel mounted, but removable. There is a standard Mode C transponder, and a hookup to an aircraft mounted antenna, for a handheld radio. There is a two person PS engineering intercom, with 696 warnings and XM music piped in if desired.
The useful load is #890.
The price is $39,500. I could help with delivery most places, if needed.
