Just thought I'd throw it out here. I currently have two planes, and need to get down to one. I've had this for 4.5 years. The previous owner is in N WI and he had it for over 10.

The TT is 3172 or so, Enigine time is about 770 since the 160 HP upgrade. It has lots of improvements over the recent years, newer paint, exhaust, windshields, ignition harness, Steve's Gascolator, Bogert Copper cables, Dec 2015 Concorde battery, RMD wingtip lights, 2 LED, strobe lights, vortex generators. It has a second attitude gyro, Castleberry electric. The tires are all newer.

For avionics there is a newer Garmin SL-30 Nav-Com, MidContinent CDI with G/S, Garmin 696 center panel mounted, but removable. There is a standard Mode C transponder, and a hookup to an aircraft mounted antenna, for a handheld radio. There is a two person PS engineering intercom, with 696 warnings and XM music piped in if desired.

The useful load is #890.

The price is $39,500. I could help with delivery most places, if needed.

I have many more pictures, but they seem to be upside down all the time. Here's one.

I also have a nice custom canvas cover and one of those handy 'fuel straws' calibrated for the tank.

Just happened to be scrolling through and saw this post, and it caught my attention because I just bought a 74 Warrior.

I opened the post to see a picture of a plane I park next to every time I fly, at KPKB.

Small world.

Sorry for the upside down picture. Yes that's it. I would expect it's running fine, even with some student abuse. That SL-30 radio should sound crystal clear on pattern frequency too.

I moved on to a Commander 112, which is getting an IO390 installed with 3 blade composite. That Warrior would of continued to serve me well though. Sometimes I wonder what I was thinking?
