Something new!... on the last 10 hr of flying, the door has unlatched in flight 2 times, and it is hard to close... meaning it has to be slammed hard to get it to latch. The top latch works great and is not a problem. This is a new problem, and nothing related to the door or seal were changed before this started.

Started looking for a diagram of the latching mechanism to see if there is an adjustment of the linkage inside the door or what may be worn to allow the latch to unlatch... The door panel is really not in good shape so if I remove it will most likely need to replace it thus starting the interior replacement project!.

anyone know of this type of issue and how to fix it??...
