If you are willing to buy a orbital buffer and the paint cleaner and polish, that paint could look like a solid 7.5 in a day.

thanks for the reply.
I have tried to restore the paint to the best of my limited ability. Rather than mislead someone and say the paint can be restored I am being honest and showing the best pictures I can so a buyer is aware of the issue.
