Well, I finally did it. I traded toys for toys, and got a 65 180 C.

Having just gotten my ticket in Dec., I'm excited about owning my own plane, and yet, I feel like I just stepped in IT!

I need an annual now, and looking for a reasonable rate for it. I'm at KOFP (hanover, Va.), hangared there, and want to build a relationship there, but already know that they are much higher than others close by.

Can anyone give this newbie some advice?
