Spent time looking through forums for recommendations, so I finally decided to ask.
Doing panel upgrade. Installing a 530W, and currently have a KLX-135a and KX-170B (NAV side INOP). Looking for recommendations for #2 Radio. My goal is to roll into IFR when I finish PPL.
If I had to purchase another unit, it would be a new GNC225, since the price of used SL30’s and KX155’s are close.
Curious as to what you guys look for in a #2 Radio when it comes to IFR.
