I have decided to go ahead and jump to a twin engine and start building time. I have been back and forth on this decision and decided I would never make the jump as long as I had a plane in the hangar.

I have most airframe, engine, and prop logs in digital format from when I bought it two years ago.

Plane has flown right at 200 hours over the last year and a half.

Great plane with a 1190 lb useful load. Loaded avionics and low times (I have not verified hours but they are close from memory).

This is a turn key plane. Just out of annual and ready to go.

I can email pics upon request.

I priced it below Vref.
