Question for the group of PA-28-201 owners....for the first flight of the day, the plane starts with two cranks fires right up...no issues. If we stop, have lunch etc...from 30 minutes to 90 minutes, I have real trouble starting her again. The 'hot start' procedure doesn't seem to work. (e.g., Run fuel pump 15 seconds, with mixture leaned off, then normal start). I have tried priming, but to no avail. Essentially I need to crank the starter for 10-15 seconds while aggressively working the throttle. Eventually it catches....

Anyone have a procedure that works for you?

Thanks,
