1978 Piper PA-28-161 Warrior II

Hey guys selling this one for a friend. 1978 Piper PA-28-161 Warrior II, in excellent condition! The last annual was done 5/2017, Current Tach Time 5181.4hrs, & TTAF 5181.4hrs. This warrior is missing logs from 1978- 1993 & currently only has logs dating 1994-2017. The owner bought this aircraft 17 years ago and completely went through it. It has been well maintained ever since. Paint was done in 1994 & the aircraft has always lived in a hangar. The engine is a 160HP Lycoming O-320-D3G, overhauled by Signature Engines in 9/2002. TTE 5181.4hrs, SMOH 772.6hrs. New Carburetor at last annual. Sensenich 74DM6-0-60 Propeller. Current AD Compliance. Bendix King KY 97A Single COMM, King KX 170B COMM/NAV, PS Engineering PMA 6000M Audio Panel, Bendix King KT76A Transponder, Panel Mounted Garmin GPS 396. Priced @ $40K

Based on the pics, it appears she is aerobatic?

I have the exact same problem with my pics too, glad I'm not the only one.

Very nice Warrior, btw even if she's not aerobatic.

My neck hurts! :p

I have this issue with pics from my iPhone as well. If edit them and save them it seems to help. Just drag them to your desktop, save them there, and re-attach. That seems to work for me. There may be an easier method as well.

This is apparently VFR only. Being new to aircraft ownership, I would like to know about how much would it take to get it IFR equipped and certified?

That price can vary by a huge margin based on what u want/need.

My first thought when I read this was “Thanks. That’s very helpful. (Dripping sarcasm)”. While technically true, a little more information would be nice, such as price ranges. In my case, I am only interested in a minimum cost of installation and certification.
