I have a 1978 piper archer, no damage history, 5453 total hours. Never been a part of a flight school. Complete logs. Has avidyne 550 and a g5. Ads b in and out. Led position landing lights, etc. IFR rated. Approximately 1000 hours on engine. Extensive prop inspection with ultrasound and repainted last year. Paint in very good condition. Interior is older but in very good condition. Annual completed in January. Asking 94,500.
