I am not in the market for one but wondering if you did a V-Ref check on your Arrow for sale to get a starting price point, or even better looked out the others for sale online to get some idea of other equiped comprable planes? If its still for sale almost a year later the price might be to high
and just my 2 cents as a pilot talking to another pilot, best wishes in selling her in a tough market.

OK. Your paint is better than mine, but I am getting ready to deal with that in a few months.

I bought my 1977 Turbo Arrow 3021 TTAF with Knots 2 U wing tip landing lights, a brand new Hartzell 3 blade prop 53 hours ago, and a handful of other little nice things already on it... last owner lost medical and had it for 15 years... always hangered...

for $47,000 in July. I could do a whole lot more to it for 2 and a half times what I paid for it!!

Just in agreement with Paul's comment.

He's Canadian, so that's Canadian market pricing ... or at least price advertising ... you'd have to compare that price to other Arrows advertised in Canada to see how it fares in this market and understand where he's coming from.

No doubt that price will not work in the US ... it sounds less crazy here in Canada, though its strikes me as a little high for here too ... basically that might've worked in Canada as a pre-2008 crash price ... but not so much any more ...
