Many spare parts convey to new owner. Glass cockpit update for 20 mos conveys. Have the windshield hot plate. Boots need attention, we never fly it in ice, and wouldn't purposely dare fly a light twin in ice anyway. Annual was completed Nov 2013. Oil was just changed. Plane is flown weekly. Have over $145k in plane since purchase in 2012. She has NEVER left us stranded. Pics upon request, please serious inquiries only, Active duty military pilot and don't have time for games. Located KFAY...no I will not deliver. I am a ATP/CFI/II/MEI so for a purchase price greater than $118,000 I will add in up to 15 hours of one on one flight training at KFAY focusing on instruments, glass training, and emergency procedures.
