I'm not sure I want to sell it, but I have been eyeing a Bonanza. So I will test the waters here.

Asking $69,900 OBO

Next Annual due Sept 2016
IFR Cert due August 2016

The annual I had done in July 2012 was very extensive and we replaced all hydraulic hoses, overhauled the landing gear, and went through the plane with a fine toothed comb. I have flow it 80+ hours a year for the last 4.5 years. It is an excellent IFR platform and I fly my family around it all the time. I try to fly the plane weekly, so it hasn't sat.

This last annual 9/2015 the compressions were all 77+ and we replaced the tires on the mains. I have had the oil analyzed every sample since the overhaul

Performance:
I fly her 24”/2400RPM and see 140-145 KTAS on about 9GPH
1,010 lbs useful load

Now the nitty gritty…

AOPA lists the VREF value of this plane at: $75,790 not counting the Garmin 696 that is mounted and coupled to the 430W

Asking $69,900 OBO

Don (flyguydon) is very familiar with this plane and has been the mechanic for me for the last 3 years. I am sure he can add some comments about this plane.
