Great box or records, receipts, and all log books from previous owners! The plane has been hangared at our local airport N27 since 1999. I purchased the airplane in August 2019 with the intention of renewing my private license and completing my instrument rating which I have accomplished. I have enjoyed the plane immensely and flown regularly. It has taken me cross country from PA to LA to FL and all over the east coat in the two years of my ownership.
Known CONs:
-Slight misfiring at low RPMs when cold
-Crack in corner of pilot side window
-Older plastics, cracks in top vents and passenger door panel
-One ECI cylinder requires compression check every 50hrs from AD
-No ADSB
