1969 Arrow Vx and Vy

I own a 1969 Arrow 200.
Strangely my poh says Vx is 81mph gears down /91 mph gears up. Vy is 85/95.

Almost every other poh I found online gives these figures as 85/95 for Vx and 95/105 for Vy. Just checking to see what poh says for other pre 70s hershey bar winged arrow 200 owners.
