Removing and replacing a wing is just a logbook entry, as is a wingskin repacement (even one that requires riveting). Wing removal and replacement takes 30-40 manhours.
Bolts are standard AN. There are a few cautions. Remove bottom bolts first (except for one). Insert extension through bottom holes and insert socket on extension inside the wing, then use it to remove upper bolts. Two bolts are inside the fuselage, and these are often overlooked, causing damage to the holes and/or bolts. The fuel line penetrating the sidewall is also often overlooked, damaging the line. This is all just a parts removal and replacement.
