    $30k budget , and not sure your missions , but with you liking Garmin as you said , I would opt for keeping 430w and go with dual G5’s and the new GFC 500 AP , if you need ADSB then 345, solid panel for any mission and upgradable , then save more money for a new GTN down the road , shop around...
