Found this ad on Craigslist. Thought maybe someone here may be interested.

The engine has not run in 20 years! I'm not sure I would take that plane if it were free.

I once let an engine sit for 39 years without cranking it. I pulled a cylinder before cranking it, and it was pristine inside. Your mileage may vary.

Money is the issue. You can buy a fully restored Tri Pacer with modern radios for less than $40k. Or at least one in good condition, in annual, for about $22k.
So this barn find is really worth far less than the asking price.
