Default Whelen lights cost

Hello guys,

I recently purchased a 1969 Arrow. I was wondering if anyone has replaced the beacon, wing tip position and strobes for whelen lights? If so how much did it go for?

Short version, buckets of cash.

The integrated LED wingtip lights/strobes are $600ish apiece. Same for the beacon.

Is your beacon a blinker or a strobe? If all you need is a Whelen strobe I have a very nice self contained and certified unit reasonable.

The one on the airplane is a blinker.

Well, if you just wanted a strobe instead I have one that would not be anywhere near what the other gentleman quoted for LED stuff. Very easy to put on and approved.

Re the nav lights, Whelen has just released the new Chroma series. Its a green and red LED drop-in replacement bulb for about $100 each. They're expecting FAA certification this month.

I have a set on backorder with Spruce. No one has them yet, I bet they're waiting on FAA approval before they start filling orders. I'll report back with before/after pics when they get here.
